Eve’s Golden Veil

I was in the middle of my evening workout in the garage, drenched in sweat and pushing through the burn, when I noticed it, a golden glow creeping through the sky. At first, I tried to ignore it, telling myself to focus, but it was impossible to look away. The hue was so vivid, so mesmerizing, that it felt like the sun was putting on a private show just for me.

Before I knew it, I had dropped everything mid-workout. My arms were still shaking, my breathing was uneven, but I grabbed my phone anyway. It wasn’t easy, trying to steady myself while still catching my breath, but I managed to pull it together long enough to take the shot. The rays of the sun were incredible, streaming across the sky like golden ribbons. The way the light played against the silhouettes of the trees made everything feel still, even though my heart was still pounding.
